REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
The effective date is the current August 23, 2026.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services, programs, memberships, events, experiences and products offered by EMPRESS OF SOUND ENTERTAINMENT LLC, operating through the Empress of Sound and Kirti Wellness brands (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
We intentionally reserve time, preparation, resources and capacity for every client, participant and engagement. Because many of our offerings involve limited availability, advance preparation and/or reserved spaces, the following policies apply unless different terms are expressly provided at checkout, in a booking agreement, proposal or contract.
1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Before purchasing, please review the description, dates, format, requirements and terms of the offering carefully.
Choosing not to attend, participate in or complete an offering does not automatically entitle a purchaser to a refund.
When an offering has its own written cancellation, transfer or refund terms, those offering-specific terms will control.
2. PRIVATE SESSIONS
Private sessions—including private wellness, yoga, sound, Reiki, breathwork, voice and other individual services—require advance reservation of the practitioner’s time.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice may generally be moved to another mutually available date without penalty.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the session and payment.
We understand that genuine emergencies occur and may exercise reasonable discretion when exceptional circumstances arise.
3. LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late to a private appointment, the session may still end at its originally scheduled time so that subsequent commitments can be honored.
A late arrival generally does not qualify for a refund, credit or extension of the session.
4. PROGRAMS, COHORTS & MULTI-SESSION EXPERIENCES
Enrollment in a multi-week program, cohort, package or other extended experience reserves a place that may no longer be available to another participant.
Accordingly, program and cohort payments are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated in the enrollment terms or required by law.
If you enroll using a payment plan, the payment plan is a method of paying the full program tuition and is not a month-to-month subscription unless expressly described as one.
Withdrawal, nonattendance or failure to complete the program does not automatically terminate the remaining payment obligation.
If an exceptional circumstance substantially prevents continued participation, you may contact us. At our discretion and where appropriate, we may consider alternatives such as transferring participation to a future offering or providing another accommodation. Such accommodations are not guaranteed.
5. MEMBERSHIPS
Recurring memberships continue according to the billing frequency disclosed at enrollment until canceled.
Cancellation stops eligible future renewal charges according to the terms of the membership. Fees that have already been charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Cancellation of a membership does not ordinarily result in a prorated refund for an unused portion of a billing period.
Members retain access to the benefits applicable to their paid membership period according to the terms of the particular membership.
To avoid a future renewal, cancellation should be completed before the next scheduled billing date.
Any membership-specific cancellation requirements disclosed at checkout or enrollment will also apply.
6. WORKSHOPS, CLASSES, SOUND EXPERIENCES & SPECIAL EVENTS
Tickets and registrations for workshops, classes, sound experiences, gatherings, retreats and special events are generally non-refundable.
Where permitted for a particular event, we may allow a registration to be transferred to another person or credited toward a future event if requested sufficiently in advance. Such transfers or credits are offered at our discretion unless expressly included in the event terms.
Failure to attend an event does not qualify for a refund.
7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS, RECORDINGS & DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT
Because digital products, recordings, courses, music, downloadable materials and similar resources can be accessed or delivered immediately, purchases of digital content are generally final and non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical problem accessing something you purchased, please contact us so that we can reasonably assist with access.
8. BOOKS AND PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, physical products may be subject to separate return, replacement and shipping terms.
If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly with information reasonably necessary to review the issue.
Personalized, autographed or otherwise customized items may be final sale except where required by law or where the item was damaged or incorrectly fulfilled.
9. ENTERTAINMENT, CORPORATE & ORGANIZATIONAL ENGAGEMENTS
Performances, speaking engagements, corporate wellness programs, private events, organizational workshops and similar contracted engagements may require deposits, retainers or advance payments.
Cancellation, rescheduling, travel, force-majeure and refund terms for these engagements will be governed primarily by the applicable proposal, booking agreement or contract.
Where a written contract conflicts with this general website policy, the signed contract controls for that engagement.
10. CANCELLATION BY EMPRESS OF SOUND ENTERTAINMENT LLC
If we must cancel a paid service or event and cannot provide a reasonable rescheduled date, replacement service or other agreed accommodation, participants may be offered an appropriate credit or refund for the affected service.
This does not necessarily apply to circumstances addressed by a separate force-majeure provision or written contract.
11. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
Nothing in this provision limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer or payment-card laws.
