The Upper Room is a private women’s circle within Kirti Wellness — a space for deeper conversation, spiritual practice, reflection, ritual and sisterhood.

This is not another class to attend or content to consume. It is a room to enter.

A place to be witnessed.

A place to listen inward.

A place to explore the questions beneath the surface.

A place to practice becoming more fully who you are.

Through intimate gatherings, sacred conversation, sound, meditation, ritual and embodied practice, we create space for what is asking to emerge.

The Upper Room is currently gathering its first circle of women.

Rather than opening a general enrollment, I am inviting women who feel drawn to this kind of community to raise their hand.
